The 16th OQEANOUS Plus Meeting was held

The 16th OQEANOUS Plus Meeting was held online on May 26, 2023. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhang Zeming, Coordinator of Shanghai Ocean University.
Attendees included Mr. SHI Jiayi, Mr. REN Lei, Mr. LI Teng from Shanghai Ocean University; Assistant Professor YANG Inho, Mr. LIM Chaewoong, Coordinator of Korea Ocean University; Prof. Hidehiro KONDO, Associate Prof. LABE Perez Ivan Antonio, Associate Prof. WU Haiyun, Assistant Prof. GENG Jieting from TUMSAT; and Associate Prof. LEE Choon Weng, Associate Professor BONG Chui Wei from Universiti Malaya; and TUMSAT's Director, Ms. CHUMAN and other staff members.
The main topics of the meeting was the Short-Term Program (STP) to be held this summer, the expected number of participants for the Fall 2023 exchange program and the schedule for the Spring 2024 exchange program.
In the meeting, ①Report on STP Online Joint Information Session by TUMSAT, ②Reconfirmation of the schedule for the STP Summer School by TUMSAT, ③Announcement of August OQEANOUS Plus meeting will be held in the hybrid format(face-to-face and online meeting) at TUMSAT, ④ a report of the number of exchange students for 2023 Fall Semester by Shanghai Ocean University, ⑤ the student exchange schedule for the spring semester of 2024 by Shanghai Ocean University were made.
The next OQEANOUS Plus meeting is scheduled to be held online on June 23, 2023, at the same time with Korea Maritime University as the chair.
