Double Degree Program Agreement with Kasetsart University, Thailand

On May 24, 2023, the Agreement Signing and Receiving Ceremony was held on the Double Degree Program (DDP) of the master's degree in marine science and technology between Kasetsart University, Thailand and Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Japan.
Associate Professor Dr. Srijidtra Charoenlarpnopparut, Dean of the Graduate School, Kasetsart University, signed the DDP agreement. From TUMSAT, Vice Dean Ikuo Hirono attended the ceremony.
Kasetsart University has been one of TUMSAT's most important partners in ASEAN countries for many years, and both universities have actively promoted joint research and student exchange.
In addition to the traditional exchange programs, Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development Program（SATREPS）for joint research and OQEANOUS Plus program for graduate student exchange are currently underway.
We hope that this DDP agreement will lead to further development of student exchange between the two universities.
