Application for OQEANOUS Plus Certificate Program ("Course for Fostering Advanced Professionals Who Can Administer Sustainable Blue Economy") except for students enrolled by recommendation is now open. We welcome your proactive application.
<Target>
Students from all courses of Master's program of Graduate School
- Only for students enrolled from AY 2026
- International students can also join.
- You can also join even if you are already in the other special programs (ex. MEXT scholarship program), but you need to discuss with your academic advisor for course learning plan.
