The 31st OQEANOUS Plus meeting was held

On Friday, May 30, 2025, the OQEANOUS Plus Meeting was held online, chaired by SHOU, with 18 participants from six consortium universities.
<Outline>
・OEP (Online Exchange Program, held on March 21, 2025) student questionnaire was reported. Student received OEP information mostly through University HP or faculty members. Students are mostly satisfied with schedule, duration of time and theme selection.
・Total of 35 STP student participants were selected. Online lectures are taught by lectures from all seven consortium universities. The nominations of lecturers is ongoing.
・The list of participants for the high-level meeting of all seven consortium universities (scheduled to be held on September 1, 2025) has been updated.
・As a result of discussions on the renewal agreement at each university, a draft revision of the renewal agreement was submitted with the terminate date of current agreement and effective date of renewal agreement clearly stated. It was agreed that the effective date of the renewal agreement should be determined after reviewing the academic calendars of AY2026 at each university.
The next meeting will be held on July 4, chaired by KMOU.
