The 7th OQEANOUS Plus meeting was held
The 7th OQEANOUS Plus meeting was held online on June 27, 2022, with Prof. Wang Xichang from Shanghai Ocean University (SHOU) as a chairman, Prof. Cheol Huh from Korea Maritime and Ocean University (KMOU), Prof. Ikuo Hirono from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT), Assistant Prof. Wanwimol Klaypradit from Kasetsart University (KU), Associate Prof. Lee Choon Weng from Universiti Malaya (UM), and other faculty staffs.
As with the last meeting, we talked over the agreement on students and credit exchange. Once all universities get ready to sign, we will hold opening ceremony of this program online. As for the credit exchange agreement, the final draft is ready to be checked. This should be finalized in shortly.
Then the meeting agenda followed with the schedule of student exchange for fall and spring semester next year. We confirmed each universities' examination schedule and found more students get interested in this program. Equally the schedule of summer school was discussed. The situation of COVID-19 is still unpredictable, so we consulted when and how to hold summer school.
The next OQEANOUS Plus meeting is scheduled to be held online on July/22/2022.
