Online Exchange Program (OEP) Was Held

On March 17-18, 2022, Shanghai Ocean University led a two-day Online Exchange Program (OEP), in which a total of 118 students from seven consortium universities participated.
On March 17, the first day of the program, after a detailed introduction of the OQEANOUS Plus Program, each university introduced their schools and research facilities to encourage students to participate in the STP (Short Term Program), IJP (International Joint Program), and DDP (Double Degree Program).
On the second day, professors from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Shanghai Ocean University, Korea Maritime and Ocean University, and Kasetsart University gave lectures, and the students seemed interested in various research fields.
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, there was no time for a Q&A session or discussion among the students, but 91% of the students said that they were interested in STP, IJP, and DDP through this OEP. We look forward to the further development of this program in the future.
