Course of Food Science and Technology
The Department of Food Science and Technology not only develops technologies to completely utilize food resources, especially marine bio-resources, by using chemical, microbiologic, physical and engineering techniques, but also conducts the education and research necessary to secure and improve the safety of foods and develop and evaluate foods with new functions.
